Appointments

Clients book when the trainer is free

Each trainer sets their regular week and days off. Clients see only the times a trainer is free, in the app or on your website, and book with a plan or pay for the session.

  • Set buffers between sessions and how far ahead clients must book.
  • Connect Google Calendar, and times you’re busy there aren’t offered.
  • After the late-cancel time, clients can’t cancel on their own.

Packages

Session packs and memberships

Sell a pack of 10 sessions, a monthly plan with 4 sessions, or a single session paid by card. Choose which appointment types each plan covers.

  • A pack can expire, such as 10 sessions within 3 months.
  • Monthly plans renew from the client’s saved card.
  • Clients buy online, in the app or at the kiosk.

Trainer pay

Trainer pay, per session

Give each trainer a rate per appointment, per class or per hour, with different rates for particular session types. Payroll adds it up.

  • Open a coach’s row to see every class and appointment behind their pay.
  • Close the period once you’ve paid, and record it as expenses.
  • Trainers see their own pay and set their own hours.

Payments

Every session paid and on record

Every sale gets an invoice. Clients pay by card through your own Stripe account, and you record cash and other payments.

  • When a renewal is declined, Finegym emails the member, tries the card again and can pause new bookings until it’s paid.
  • Track expenses, and see income against expenses.
  • Sales reports split by appointments, memberships and products.

Yes, on every plan. Each trainer can add their Finegym schedule to Google, Apple or Outlook calendars, and connect Google Calendar so their busy times there aren’t offered to clients.

Not before each session. Clients get a confirmation email when they book, with the session attached as a calendar event, and an email if you move it. Finegym also sends payment and renewal reminders.

Yes. Turn on drop-ins for an appointment type and set its price. Anyone can then book a session and pay by card.
